The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to both train stations and shopping areas. The room had all the necessary amenities, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. the self-check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient.
The room size was a bit small, and it was even harder to navigate with two people and luggage. The staff was not always available, and communication was difficult due to the language barrier.

This hotel provides a convenient location to access the ferry, which is a short 10, minute walk away. the rooms, although small, are well, equipped with modern amenities, such as air conditioning and a TV. the bathroom is also clean and well, maintained, with hot water always available.
The hotel's customer service could be improved, as there were instances where the front desk was not open and staff were not available to help guests.

The location of the hotel was convenient and accessible to both the ferry and train stations. the self, check, in and check, out were great features of the hotel, which saved me time from lining up. the room provided all the amenities that I needed, and the cleanliness of it was impressive.
One of the downsides of the hotel was the lack of communication in notifying the guests about the towel policy. I found it inconvenient that they didn't have a telephone in the room, as I had to go down to the reception desk for inquiries.
